POLICIES AT
ONYX AESTHETICS

We believe that honesty and transparency are key when it comes to your well-being. We aspire to tailor each visit to your needs and specifications, so if you have any requests or concerns, please contact us.

FINANCIAL POLICY

We provide elective, non-invasive procedures. The care provided at Onyx Aesthetics is not covered by any medical insurance programs, and we do not participate in any such plans.

 

Payment Options:

 

- Payment for all spa procedures is due at the time of the treatment. For specially packaged or grouped treatments, payment for the entire package is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment. (*A credit card may be required to reserve an appointment for treatment scheduled in advance. A deposit may be required to book certain treatments. This will go towards the full cost of the service.)

We provide several payment options:

- CASH - *NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED

- MAJOR CREDIT CARDS: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

 

- We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to cancel or postpone your treatment. Please understand that such changes affect not only our staff but our other patients as well, and we therefore request your courtesy and concern. If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 48 hours to notify us of the cancellation. Should we receive less than 48 hours of notification, or should you fail to keep your appointment, you may be charged a 25% fee. If a nonrefundable deposit was made for booking and there is a no call/no show or cancellation made less than 48 hours before the appointment, then the deposit fee is forfeited and will not go towards any future services.

- There is a 15-minute grace period if you ae running late. If running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If we are not notified, we will assume you will not make it and charge you as a no call/no show. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee your full service time, and it may result in rescheduling of your appointment.

 

 

- THERE CAN BE NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES ALREADY PROVIDED.

If a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment during a series, credit for the unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended and may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Onyx Aesthetics.

 

- There will be no refund on any product or service after 30 days.

 

Financial policies are subject to change without notice. If you have any questions or need assistance with any financial matters relating to your treatment, please contact the office for help. By booking, you are agreeing to these terms of service in our policy.

SPA ETIQUETTE

  • To provide the best experience, we ask that you please silence your cellphone.

  • We ask that you please arrive without makeup applied. Arriving with makeup applied may limit your treatment to the remaining time available after cleansing it off. Also, it is imperative to have as clean skin as possible to provide safe treatments.

  • You are welcome to bring a friend or other individual to the consultation, however, we ask that you arrive unaccompanied to the procedure, if possible.

  • Since treatments are mainly focused on the face, please do not eat during treatments; we aim to maintain a clean and sanitized environment.

  • Considering the intimate protocol of certain cosmetic treatments, anticipatory hygiene from the client is appreciated.

  • Towel wraps will be available for treatments involving areas other than the face.

  • Gratuities are always appreciated, but never expected or required and are left up to the client’s discretion.
