Service Description
Initial complimentary consultation required for new clients and immediately followed by a basic facial. Can use gift certificate towards this appointment. We will discuss in depth your skincare goals, current skincare regimen, treatment details and contraindications, and health history to create a treatment plan custom to you.
Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel/reschedule? No problem, we understand that life happens and some things are out of our hands. As a courtesy to all of our clients, should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a 25% cancellation fee of the service booked may be charged to the card on file. If you no-call/no-show your appointment, 50% of the service may be charged to the card on file. There is a 15 minute grace period if you are running late. If running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If we are not notified, we will assume you will not make it and charge you as a no-call/no show. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee your full service time, and it may result in rescheduling of your appointment. By booking this appointment, you are agreeing to these terms terms of service in our cancellation policy.
